Description and itinerary

Set off on an unforgettable adventure through one of Andalusia’s most breathtaking landscapes: El Chorro and the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes Natural Park, home to the famous Caminito del Rey. With our guided e-bike tours, you can comfortably explore mountain tracks, forest trails and natural viewpoints, whilst enjoying spectacular views of cliffs, reservoirs and Mediterranean woodlands.

The experience begins at the Hotel La Garganta, where our local guides will provide you with all the necessary equipment and safety instructions. From there, you’ll set off to discover the secrets of this natural paradise whilst enjoying the fresh air and the Andalusian sun.

We offer two tour options:

A 2-hour route (14 km): an accessible walk along forest tracks and gentle slopes, ideal for those looking for a relaxing experience and wishing to discover: the ruins of Bobastro, the area around the Chorro reservoir with views of the Huma peak, and native flora and fauna. The Matiañez spring and the gorge walls at the exit of the Caminito del Rey.

4-hour route (38 km): a more comprehensive walk through the park’s less-visited areas, offering unique views of the three reservoirs in the area from the viewpoint: Conde del Guadalhorce, Guadalteba and Guadalhorce. Guadalhorce Valley, Sierra Huma and Pico Capilla (Antequera). Desfiladero de los Gaitanes and Gaitanejo (the first canyon on the Caminito trail).

During the tour, your guide will share interesting facts about the local flora, fauna and history with you.

The tour ends at the Hotel La Garganta, where you can relax on the terrace of the La Garganta Restaurant, take the train back, or collect your car, which is parked right there.

A perfect way to connect with nature and discover El Chorro in an active, safe and sustainable way.
